How many guests can the estate accommodate?

The estate has three guesthouses with four bedrooms each — up to 30 people in total. Ideal for larger celebrations, team off-sites or family reunions.

Can we rent just one guesthouse?

Yes. For smaller groups we rent out a single house (up to 10 people), and for larger events the full estate with all three houses.

Is there a sauna?

Yes — every guesthouse has its own sauna with a shower and WC, and a door that opens onto the pond. Heating is usually arranged in advance.

Yes, calm pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare and consider our other guests.

We are in Petkėniškės, Trakai district — roughly a 30-minute drive from Vilnius. We will send precise GPS coordinates and driving directions after you book.

Standard check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier arrivals or later departures can usually be arranged — just ask.
